Four Creeks supports neighborhood emergency preparedness as part of its focus on neighborhood self-sufficiency. The intent is to improve capabilities of neighborhoods to respond to an emergency.
Because concerns about individual or household safety might make a resident reluctant to perform neighborhood first-response tasks, the scope includes individual and household preparedness.
